Then came my Performance Appraisal day..
it usually happens once in 6 months.

I was just scared as usually... I know the
2 guys one my Project Manager Boss and the
other Career Manager(Career Damager Boss) would sit together with me

It's my appraisal time...
Just scared to meet the BOSS...
Not just because a BOSS PHOBIA... but something a feeling..
A feeling of uncertainty.. with no enthusiasm.. Quite boring appraisal sessions...

Can anybody help me overcome this BOSS PHOBIA...?

It has to be un-biased..
It happened to my colleague who is a very hard working guy...
They rated him poor and started arguing...

My friend is not an easy one to take on..
Come on...he told all that what he done and showed his project work.

There should be a FEEDBACK on the Performance Managers
doing the evaluation..will keep a check on them to avoid bias...

It helps you point to your BOSS in case if you're simply under-rated...
